Restaurant COUP DÈTAT will push culinary boundaries, offering a menu that blends Far Eastern cuisine with Western flavors and influences. Persian and French tastes are intricately woven together by star chef Erik Videgård to create a cutting-edge Persian dining experience.

The extensive wine and champagne list complements the food with a wide selection of both world-renowned labels and rare finds. We are proud to offer a unique and experimental cocktail menu.

Our private lounge will be inspired by French style, where our guests can lean back and enjoy the culinary experience. An evening at COUP DÈTAT is more than just perfectly executed dishes, service, and drinks; it is also filled with engaging encounters. We aim to create a festive atmosphere and have chosen to take a new approach in our initial interactions with guests as well as throughout the dinner experience.

Qualifications

• Stress-resistant and able to perform under high pressure.
• Extensive knowledge of food and wine.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations or as a restaurant manager.
• Passionate and interested in the profession.
