ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Account Manager here, you will have a central role in the company's growth. You will be the first person with the main focus on sales in the company and will work closely with the Delivery Manager to drive the company forward. The role involves responsibility for driving new sales, building client relationships, and developing the business from first contact to closed deal and further partnership.

You will become part of the management team and be a key person in shaping how we work with sales moving forward.

The role involves:

  • Driving new business development and developing existing client relationships
  • Responsibility for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing
  • Identifying business opportunities and packaging offers
  • Working operationally and hands-on in the daily sales work
  • Contributing to the development of sales strategy, working methods, and structure
  • Collaborating closely with management to ensure high quality

This is a role where you are expected to take great responsibility, drive pace, and be a motor in the organization. In other words, you will enter a key position with significant mandate and the opportunity for major impact.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Have at least 3–4 years of experience in sales within the recruitment industry
  • Are accustomed to driving full sales cycles independently
  • Have a strong business drive and thrive in a role with a clear focus on results
  • Are confident in client dialogues and used to building trust at decision-making levels
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as we use both languages in the role

It is extra valuable if you:

  • Have experience working in smaller or growing companies, or alternatively a strong desire to do so
  • Are accustomed to high pace and changing environments
  • Have a network within relevant business areas
