ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Account Manager here, you will have a central role in the company's growth. You will be the first person with a primary focus on sales in the company and will work closely with the Delivery Manager to drive the business forward. The role involves responsibility for driving new sales, building customer relationships, and developing the business from first contact to closed deal and further partnership.

You will become part of the management team and be a key person in shaping how we approach sales moving forward.

The role entails:

  • Driving new customer acquisition and developing existing customer relationships
  • Being responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing the deal
  • Identifying business opportunities and packaging offers
  • Working operationally and hands-on in daily sales activities
  • Contributing to the development of sales strategy, methods, and structure
  • Collaborating closely with management to ensure high quality

This is a role where you are expected to take great responsibility, drive momentum, and be a motor in the organization. In other words, you will step into a key position with significant mandate and the opportunity for major impact.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Have at least 3–4 years of experience in sales within the recruitment industry
  • Are accustomed to driving entire sales cycles independently
  • Have a strong business drive and thrive in a role with a clear focus on results
  • Are confident in customer dialogues and used to building trust at the decision-making level
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as we use both languages in the role

It is extra valuable if you:

  • Have experience working in smaller or growing companies, or alternatively, a strong desire to do so
  • Are used to a high pace and changing environments
  • Have a network within relevant business areas
