Are you a salesperson who thrives on working with businesses and wants to develop within service sales? Furthermore, do you have a strong local presence in Uppsala and enjoy an entrepreneurial culture? Then you might be the right person to take responsibility for sales at the 55Plus office in Uppsala!
About the role
As a salesperson with us, you work with all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to closing the deal. A significant part of your working time is spent meeting with our customers, but you also participate in local networking and maintain contact with customers via phone and email. You have access to prospecting tools and other digital aids to assist you. You work closely with the recruitment and staffing manager in Uppsala, and you support each other as needed.
You will be given a broad sales role with great opportunities to develop your approach to business. You report to the company's Sales Director and will become a key resource in developing 55Plus's sales towards corporate clients.
Your profile
You have a few years of experience in B2B sales. If you also have experience selling services similar to ours, it is naturally very meritorious. Education in sales is also a plus. You are based in Uppsala and have good knowledge of the local business community. A valid driver's license (Category B) and good proficiency in Swedish are requirements for the position, as is high digital competence and system knowledge.
As a person, you are communicative and advisory in your dialogue with customers. You have self-driven motivation and the ability to see opportunities that you can turn into concrete business deals. Good analytical skills, flexibility, and a strong business sense are required to thrive in this role.

Other information
The position is full-time and permanent, with an initial probationary period. Start date is negotiable. You are based at the Uppsala office and visit customers in Uppsala and the surrounding area. A company car is included in the position.
