District Nurse at Mariehem Health Centre

Mariehem Health Centre has approximately 11,500 registered patients and is located in Mariehem, Umeå, just a five-minute walk from Nydalasjön. The health centre is part of the Primary Care Area North, which also includes Sävar, Robertsfors, and Ersboda Health Centre.

We are currently looking for a District Nurse for Mariehem Health Centre. You will work in an interprofessional team where we share responsibility for tasks. You will collaborate with several experienced and specialized colleagues. We promote cooperation between all professions and work closely together to create secure teams with a focus on job satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As a District Nurse with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel secure. You meet and care for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly in both planned, acute, and own clinics. The work is varied and includes counseling, assessments, follow-ups, and health-promoting work.

We actively work to develop working methods that promote patient safety, accessibility, and a good work environment. We encourage an innovative approach and offer opportunities to specialize in areas included in the mandate.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and have further education as a District Nurse. You thrive in team settings but have a good ability to organize and structure your own work. You are flexible, can handle varying workloads, and have a solution-oriented approach.
