Job Responsibilities

You will perform nursing care work based on the customer's wishes, needs, and approved assistance decision, according to current guidelines and legislation. Documentation, reporting, and delegated tasks from home healthcare are included in the work. Your assignment involves helping with everything the customer cannot do themselves in daily life. For us, it is important to have a good and respectful attitude, where we work together to give the customer a meaningful life.

Your work includes, among other things, practical help with personal hygiene and care, support during meals and activities, laundry and cleaning, etc. You also perform health and medical tasks after instruction and delegation from a nurse. Qualifications

To work with us, you need to have relevant experience and/or education within care and nursing. You enjoy working with people and put the individual at the center. As an employee with us, it is important that you take initiative and can work independently. You have an open and positive attitude as you have the customer's needs as the starting point for your actions. You find it easy to work together with others and take responsibility for your and the joint tasks with the customer's best interest in focus.

To carry out the work in an efficient and safe manner with a focus on the customer's needs and wishes, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. We would like you to present certificates in Swedish. The work involves documentation. As we have many customers with foreign backgrounds, it is a requirement to be able to speak Arabic. To work with us, you need a Category B driver's license and driving experience. To ensure high quality in our care and nursing, we would like you, if you do not have nursing education, to have the necessary prerequisites. We will prioritize candidates who have the required prerequisites.
