You work continuously with the development and maintenance of the quality management system, focusing on continuous improvements and compliance with internal and external requirements. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you independently plan, drive, and follow up on quality activities.

You work actively and operationally with:

  • driving non-conformance and complaint handling
  • leading and conducting root cause analyses
  • responsible for investigating quality failure costs and working continuously to minimize them
  • planning, implementing, and following up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • driving activities all the way from identified problem to implemented solution

You also participate in projects where you contribute expertise in regulations, risk analysis, and validation, and play a central role in internal and external audits.

In daily work, you collaborate closely with production and have ongoing contact with customers and suppliers to ensure high product quality and traceability.

In addition, the quality department drives the company's environmental and sustainability work, focusing on reporting, risk assessment, and concrete improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

We place great importance on personal suitability and are looking for someone with strong self-drive and clear accountability for achieving results. You thrive in an operational role where you drive the work forward yourself and ensure that activities are carried out and completed.

You have experience with quality work, audits, and validation, and are accustomed to working systematically with improvements in a production-oriented environment.

We would like you to have:

  • a degree in engineering in a relevant field, or equivalent experience from similar industrial operations
  • experience working practically with quality issues and driving activities from start to finish

As a person, you are:

  • driving, self-initiating, and results-oriented
  • clear in your communication and have good collaboration skills
  • structured and methodical in your approach
  • engaged with the ability to identify areas for improvement and translate them into concrete actions

Experience within the medical technology industry is an advantage.

We look forward to you wanting to develop the business together with us.
