WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse in our municipality, you will work with home healthcare in ordinary housing and/or special housing. You work independently but in close collaboration with unit managers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, assistance officers, assistant nurses, and other care staff. Collaboration with primary healthcare is also part of the job. You are responsible for and participate in care planning together with inpatient care and primary care. Working hours are 6-week scheduling periods with weekend work every 6th week within all our home care areas and special housing in Ragunda Municipality.

As a Pool Nurse, you do not have a fixed area. Both day and night shifts may occur. As a nurse in our pool, you will work within all our home care areas and special housing in Ragunda Municipality. You will primarily provide support in the different areas during absences, where you will perform standard nursing tasks within home care.

The position is a fixed-term contract for 1 year with possible extension, 100% with start date by agreement, preferably as soon as possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a nursing degree. We prefer that you are specialized in elderly care, district nurse, or have another specialized education. The position requires that you have a B driver's license.

It is meritorious if you have experience of municipal healthcare. Other specialized education, e.g., elderly care nurse, or other relevant further education.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability. As a nurse, you have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect. You are unpretentious and notice and reward others' contributions. You also have the ability to plan and organize your work. You easily set goals, organize resources, follow up, and conclude activities.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
