We are looking for a Programme Manager for an exciting assignment at a government agency

Assignment Description

The role involves acting as the lead coordinator for the client's developed analytical capabilities. The assignment focuses on supporting a strategic shift, with the aim of developing the client's ability to use information as a strategic resource, focusing on long-term value, reliability, accessibility, privacy, and appropriate use in the organization's management, monitoring, control, and analysis.

The role entails coordinating, structuring, and following up on work related to the shift in close collaboration with relevant business areas, IT, analytics, architecture, and leadership. The assignment focuses on direction, governance, prioritization, and follow-up rather than operational delivery.

Essential Requirements

• At least 8 years of work experience in leading and coordinating complex changes
• At least 5 years of work experience working with agile transformation
• Work experience in the strategic development of analytical capabilities
• Work experience in leading a critical digitalization initiative at a government agency

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in creating business value with data, analytics, and AI
• Experience with platform migration
