• Technical post-secondary education or equivalent work experience deemed comparable
• Strong ability to communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English
• Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and products

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience with pumps, pump stations, or related areas
• Experience from the water and wastewater industry and/or industrial sectors
• Experience with procurement processes, both private and public

We prefer that you have previously worked in similar roles or in other customer-facing positions. About the Role This is a qualified role where you work with both sales and technical advisory. Among other things, you will:

• Prepare quotations for both standard and customized solutions
• Analyze customer needs and select the appropriate technical solution
• Work closely with salespeople, customers, and technical teams
• Provide technical support and relieve our technical organization
• Follow up on quotations and drive business forward

We primarily serve customers within the Water and Wastewater and Industrial sectors. The role involves frequent contact both internally and externally. Responsibilities You will select the right products based on inquiry documents and customer needs regarding technical requirements and applicable standards, compiling them into a complete quotation. The work involves problem-solving, and in your daily tasks, you will have ongoing dialogue with customers, the sales organization, and other stakeholders via phone and email. You will primarily work with Scandia Pumps' existing customers, helping them find solutions. The main focus is on existing customers, but new customer acquisition is also included. To succeed in this role, good technical understanding and a willingness to understand customer needs are required. The role also includes responding to incoming inquiries and providing technical support together with colleagues. You are responsible for ongoing sales administration, quotations, follow-ups, and order processing.
