Here, you will work on complex projects within the transmission grid, regional grid, and local grid, where your expertise contributes to strengthening and developing the power grid. Read more about us and what we do here: Power - Vinnergi (#) Your role as a Power Consultant As a power consultant at Vinnergi, you will become part of our business area Power. We work on assignments within the transmission grid, regional grid, and local grid, in close cooperation with grid owners, contractors, and other central actors within the energy sector. The assignments include, among other things, stations, lines, and grid development, spanning the entire process from early stages and design to implementation and delivery. Depending on your background and experience, your role can be shaped based on the business's needs and your areas of interest. Here, there is an opportunity to work as a project manager, assignment manager, designer, preparer, or as a specialist within a specific technical area. As a consultant here, you work closely with both customers and colleagues, focusing on long-term collaborations, high quality in deliveries, and sustainable technical solutions. You are given great trust, clear responsibility, and the opportunity to influence both the design of the projects and your own development. Here, you become an important part of the Power business area and actively contribute to the energy transition together with us. Who are you? We are looking for you who have several years of experience within the energy and power sector and who want to continue developing in a consultant role with great variation and societal benefit. You have worked on assignments related to the transmission grid, regional grid, and/or local grid and feel confident in your technical competence, either through broad experience across several voltage levels or through deep specialist knowledge within a specific area. You currently work within the industry with a passionate responsibility and focus on customer, delivery, technology, quality, results, business, and have an established network. As a person, you are flexible and adapt easily depending on the type of assignment. We would like you to have an academic education in power engineering or equivalent, or alternatively, that you have acquired the knowledge through achievements and work experience. You thrive with many contacts, and we see that you have a large network within the industry. As a person, you are business-oriented, communicative, structured, and solution-oriented. You are fluent in Swedish in speech and writing. We think it is important that you are a culture carrier for Vinnergi and identify with our values H.E.R.O.
