We are now looking for an engaged employee for Renova’s facility where we receive food waste and garden waste.

You will work in a workplace with good camaraderie and varied tasks. There are currently 9 employees working together at the facility. The team is responsible for the operation of biological treatment.

Responsibilities

The tasks may include both practical and administrative parts. Examples of tasks include handling our weighing system, monitoring and managing operations, and using various types of work machines to handle materials. You will be part of several processes, where each step is like a cog in a chain.

The operation of the facility includes among other things:

• Service and information for visiting customers and contractors.
• Checks of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor and indoor areas at the facility.
• Daily rounds and handling of any discovered faults or deficiencies.
• Administrative work, such as follow-up, reporting, and orders, as well as staffing the weighhouse for inbound and outbound weighing.

Both internal and external customers visit the facility. We work with a method we call "participatory improvement work." This means that you participate in the development of the facility's operations through active improvement work.

The facility's opening hours are Monday–Thursday 06:00–21:45 and Fridays 06:00–17:00.

Qualifications

Required:

• Upper secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
• Certificate for wheel loader operation.
• IT skills.
• Category B driver’s license (required for the position).
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of additional languages.
• Certificate for forklift or overhead crane operation.
• Experience from working at waste facilities or similar roles.

Conditions

We conduct continuous selection and interviews during the application period. A probationary period may be applied.
