We recruit specialists in everything from technology, IT, and industry to project management and business support – and regardless of the assignment, you have a consultant manager who is there for you and your development.

About the Role

Here you will work closely with the development of the next generation of AD/ADAS solutions, where robust radar and LiDAR data are crucial for perception, simulation, and deep learning to function in practice. You will become part of a technologically advanced environment within the automotive industry and work with the entire chain – from embedded-adjacent handling and decoding of sensor data to data quality, analysis, and large-scale data flows. The role suits you if you enjoy moving between software development, sensor technology, and data-intensive systems, and want to collaborate closely with both internal teams and external sensor suppliers. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to influence how future sensor platforms are built and quality assured.

Responsibilities
  • You develop and maintain software for forwarding, administration, and decoding of radar and LiDAR data.
  • You design and improve data quality controls throughout the sensor flow.
  • You analyze sensor data and contribute to making data flows more robust, traceable, and usable.
  • You participate in designing and further developing software related to radar and LiDAR integration.
  • You collaborate with sensor suppliers and teams within perception, simulation, and deep learning.
  • You automate build, test, and evaluation flows within CI/CD.
  • You work both close to embedded development and with large-scale handling of sensor data.
Requirements
  • You have an M.Sc. or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechatronics, or a similar field.
  • You have advanced experience with C++.
  • You have experience with Python for scripting, tool development, and data analysis.
  • You have experience working with sensor data, such as radar, LiDAR, or related sensor areas.
  • You have good knowledge of Unix/Linux.
  • You have experience with Git.
  • You have experience with either AUTOSAR, Automotive Ethernet, and PDU-based communication, or data pipelines and large-scale handling of sensor data.
  • You thrive working independently and in close collaboration with other teams.
  • You are able to undergo a background check before starting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Bazel or similar large-scale build systems.
  • Experience using Agentic AI tools in development processes.
  • Experience with vehicle testing and sensor diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of ISO 26262 and functional safety.
  • Experience from AD/ADAS development.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or other database and data pipeline experience.
  • Experience with simulation environments and generating training data for deep learning.
  • Swedish Category B driver's license.
