At Manpower, we are currently looking for careful and engaged CNC operators for an exciting consultancy assignment in Mölnlycke. As a CNC operator at Tenneco, you will become an important part of the production where CNC machines, measurements, and quality assurance are in focus. This staffing arrangement is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at the client's premises in Mölnlycke.

Location: Mölnlycke
Working hours: Two shifts, 06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00
Assignment start: Week 33
Assignment duration: Fixed-term employment for 6 months, with the possibility of extension

About the job
As a CNC operator, you will be part of a process team of approximately 10 people and play a central role in production. You will work with CNC-controlled machines, ensure quality through measurements and adjustments, and contribute to maintaining high standards for working environment and safety.

Examples of tasks:

• Operate and set up CNC-controlled machines
• Perform measurements and adjustments
• Work in accordance with safety, working environment, and environmental requirements

Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in technology and thrive in a production environment. You are careful, efficient, and responsible, with the ability to plan and structure your work. You have a positive attitude, are a team player, but can also work independently.

Requirements for the position:

• Upper secondary education
• CNC training or equivalent work experience
• Workshop experience
• Knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Measurement skills for products
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Merits:

• Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, and 5S
• Forklift or overhead crane license
• Good knowledge of English
