Do you want to become part of a strong team at Norconsult? We are looking for a planning architect with extensive experience in detailed planning and project management.

We currently have many exciting and developmental assignments and wish to expand our urban planning department in Gothenburg. We are involved in the development of Backaplan and Lorensbergsparken, as well as planning for the new tram line Lindholmen – Linné. We are also planning for Partille's growth along Landvettervägen as a new city street, developing master plans in central Borås, and creating detailed plans for new railways and urban development in central Mölndal. These are just a few of our major ongoing assignments.

As an experienced planning architect with us, you will have a central role in our assignments. You will have the opportunity to lead projects, be responsible for client dialogues, and contribute to a creative and cross-disciplinary environment. Detailed planning is a fundamental part of our work, but we would also like you to engage in strategic assignments, structure plans, and issues related to social sustainability.

You will become part of an engaged team where you, together with colleagues, help develop the business and influence the inflow of assignments. Norconsult's broad competence and established collaborations between different technical fields give you excellent opportunities to work integratively on complex urban planning issues. The role involves great variation and the opportunity to work in different types of assignments and stages.

Within Norconsult Urban Planning, we are today more than 30 employees who together drive assignments across Sweden. We have strong competence in both detailed and overview planning, and we also work with preliminary studies, structure plans, and building proposals. Among us are specialists in areas such as social sustainability, cultural heritage, and agricultural land.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have:

• A degree in planning, architecture, or equivalent at master's level
• At least 6 years of experience in detailed planning, where you have been responsible for and produced several detailed plans from start to adoption
• Experience from consulting or municipal work, with an understanding of assignment-driven operations
• Experience leading assignments with good results
