Healthcare Assistant or Nursing Assistant at Bäckbacka – Summer Position June–August

As a healthcare assistant or nursing assistant this summer at Bäckbacka, whether in our senior housing or home care services, you will become an important part of our residents' daily lives. You will work close to people's needs, contribute to a sense of security, and create a caring and respectful environment. In your work, you will meet every individual with warmth, attentiveness, and respect, ensuring they feel seen, listened to, and well-treated.

Job Description

In the role of a summer substitute, you play a key part in creating security, support, and care in the residents' daily lives. You work in a person-centered manner and in close collaboration with colleagues to contribute to a pleasant, safe, and well-functioning environment. The work is varied and involves nursing care, social support, and contact with relatives and healthcare staff.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Personal care and daily support.
• Delegated health and medical tasks, such as medication administration.
• Documentation in operational systems.
• Support with interventions and activities.

The position is a summer substitute role during the period of June–August, with good opportunities for continuation.

Qualifications

To thrive and succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in elderly care, home care, or similar fields.
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Is confident in documenting and using basic digital systems.
• Has a calm and respectful attitude and works in a person-centered way.
• Enjoys collaborating and takes responsibility in daily work.

While being a trained nursing assistant is an advantage, it is not a requirement. We primarily value a warm and professional attitude.
