About the role

As a new member of the team, you will work as an insurance intermediary, guiding customers towards security solutions in cases such as accidents and illness.

• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30.

• Focus: You will work with a dialer and receive daily support from a personal sales coach during your training period and afterwards.

• Training: Fully paid internal training and licensing that prepares you for the role.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a recent graduate or have recently finished your studies and want to build a career in sales and insurance.

• You are results-oriented and thrive in a high-paced environment.

• You have a strong competitive spirit – experience from sports is an advantage but not a requirement.

• You speak and write fluent Swedish.

• You are positive, receptive, and comfortable using the phone as your primary tool.
