Funäsdalen Health Centre is a rural health centre, and emergency services increase significantly during the winter due to tourism in the area. The distance between the health centre and the nearest hospital is over 200 km, so both emergency care and other medical services are provided at the health centre.

At our centre, you work with colleagues and in multidisciplinary teams, offering both specialized expertise and broad competence. Funäsdalen Health Centre has approximately 2,200 registered patients. The unit is characterized by deep commitment and responsibility for the operations in Härjedalen. The core of our work is outpatient services with a broad primary care mandate. This includes district doctor consultations, district nurse consultations, open clinic/easy emergency care, psychosocial activities, physiotherapy, radiology, laboratory services, midwife consultations, maternal health care, and child health care.

Job Description

Working as a nurse at Funäsdalen Health Centre involves performing traditional health centre tasks such as patient reception and telephone advice, as well as handling emergencies at our easy emergency care unit.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN), preferably with experience in emergency care.

You have a genuine interest in people and keep the patient in focus. We expect you to contribute your competence and excellent interpersonal skills together with your colleagues to provide patients with the best possible care. You thrive in your professional role, are engaged, and contribute to a good work climate through your initiative and sense of responsibility.
