Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you who want to work as a temporary substitute within the Care and Social Services Administration. You will have the opportunity for an exciting job with variety at one of our units. As a substitute, you work when the operations need staff. You will have the opportunity for an exciting job with great mobility and variety on shorter assignments.

As a temporary substitute in care and support with us, you have the opportunity to work within one of the following areas, provided there is a need:

• Care and support housing
• Home help service
• Night patrol
• LSS housing (Disability Support)
• Short-term operations
• Daytime activities
• Social psychiatry
• Short-term unit
• Personal assistance

The work involves providing support, service, care, and support together with other staff. The interventions are individually planned, meaning the care recipient's individual needs and conditions are at the center. It may also involve being helpful in everyday life and during various social activities. The work requires good interpersonal skills, teamwork, responsibility, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

To work as a temporary substitute with us, you need:

• A valid extract from the Swedish Police Authority's register of convictions (belastningsregister)
• The ability to understand, speak, read, and write Swedish
• Basic digital skills
• To be at least 18 years old

It is meritorious if you have studied the Care and Nursing Programme or other education deemed equivalent. Experience from care and support work is also meritorious. It is meritorious if you have a driver's license. Note that education, experience, and a driver's license are requirements in some operations.

Personally, you show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role and adapt your communication to the recipient, target group, and situation. You listen to other people to understand their needs and have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. Finally, you take responsibility for your and joint tasks with the users' best interests in focus.

Employment Details
