Traffic Area Skaraborg has 530 employees consisting of 12 bus depots. We operate 210 buses every day, which equates to one trip around the world every 24 hours.

With our new contracts in Skaraborg from June 2025 to June 2035 with our client Västtrafik, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in the Skaraborg area.

One of our most important tasks is to uphold Nobina's passenger promise. Our passengers should always feel welcome and safe, receive information that is significant for their journey, and know that they are traveling sustainably with us.

Personal qualities and qualifications

As a bus driver, you are outgoing, flexible, and enjoy both service and customer contact. You handle stressful situations and environments in a calm and secure manner. You have a safe driving style and drive in an environmentally friendly way.

Furthermore, we look for someone who:

• Has a D-class driver's license and a valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC/YKB). We also offer opportunities for further training.
• Has good Swedish skills in both speech and writing.
• Can work irregular hours.

About the position

We offer full-time employment (100%). Other forms of employment may also be considered.

Salary according to collective agreement.

As part of the recruitment process, digital tests are conducted. The tests are sent to you via email. To proceed in the process, you must achieve a passing score. Please note that we may not always be able to provide feedback on the tests if you do not proceed to an interview.

Nobina applies a six-month probationary period for all types of positions listed on this page. Before the probationary period begins, a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is always obtained, and an alcohol and drug test is conducted.
