Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist and have the competence, or are willing to learn, to work with the instruments Assessment and Work Characteristics (AWC) and Assessment of Work Performance (AWP). You have experience handling programs within the Office package and good computer skills. As a person, you are self-driven, stimulated by taking significant personal responsibility and handling authority.

Your Responsibilities

Your work will be carried out in the "Steps to Work" service, where you meet job seekers with or without known disabilities, who need their conditions for employment investigated.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Individual meetings and group meetings.
• Coordinate and carry out the task of assessing work prerequisites in work-like tasks.
• Supervise participants and map work prerequisites.
• Conduct observations and document in a written report.
• Plan and carry out adjustments at work trial sites.
• Maintain close contact with specialists at the Swedish Public Employment Service.
• Perform administration related to the task.
• Contribute to the further development of our operations.
• Contribute to the inflow of participants.
