About the role
As a Customer Operations Manager, you ensure a stable and high-quality IT delivery by acting as the hub between the customer and the delivery organization. You work closely with the operations team to steer daily activities and optimize the customer experience in a technologically advanced environment.

Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that operational performance meets agreed goals through active monitoring, proactive requirement setting, and close collaboration with both customers and technical teams.
- Monitor and ensure that agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
- Act as the primary contact point for operational issues and escalations
- Establish and lead recurring operational collaboration forums with customers
- Drive continuous improvement work to enhance delivery quality
- Act as a requirement setter for both internal delivery teams and external vendors
- Identify, monitor, and manage delivery-specific risks
- Administer and update access requests within AARM
We are looking for someone with
- Basic knowledge of Cloud environments
- Experience in operational customer relationship management
- Good understanding of IT delivery and Service Management
- Ability to monitor and analyze delivery agreements (SLA)
- Experience working at a high pace with personal responsibility for operations
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience working with the public sector
- Background in programming, cloud environments, or working close to technology
- Knowledge of complex IT processes and business requirements
