We are now looking for retail sales assistants – yes, real-life service heroes!

Do you have a flexible schedule and want to work varied hours and days during our stations' opening hours? Then you've found the right place! We are looking for several colleagues for our staffing pool for our stations in Alingsås and Vårgårda. In the Gothenburg area, we collaborate with a total of 22 stations, and you are of course welcome to work at all of them if you wish.

You will become part of Circle K's staffing pool and will work when needed, often with short notice. We would like you to be able to work two shifts per week, where you show interest in shifts in our scheduling system. Our generous opening hours mean that work shifts can be scheduled early mornings, days, evenings, nights, or weekends. In this role, we are looking for you who want to work when others want to be off: Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and summer.

Well, you meet our customers' needs with knowledge, attention to detail, and a lovely smile – often at the same time as you might be refilling the coffee machine or stocking sausages. • You speak and understand Swedish and English.
• You have a valid driver's license (Category B).
• You are over 18 years old.

Good to know:

• The position means that you are part of a staffing pool, which means we cannot guarantee a certain number of shifts per week. Work opportunities vary depending on the need at our stations.
• Salary: The starting salary is between 156–186 SEK/hour, and your exact hourly wage is based on your previous experience in service. In addition to your hourly wage, you receive extra shift allowance for work during evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• The recruitment process begins with a screening test followed by interviews.

• We reserve the right to conduct background checks on final candidates in the recruitment process.
• If you proceed to employment, you are expected to be available for onboarding and training from March.
