Do you want varied tasks in both the operating room and outpatient clinic, with the opportunity to follow the patient before, during, and after surgery? We are now looking for a new team member to join our wonderful team, where we collaborate across professional roles with the patient in focus.

About Us

Our oculoplastic clinic offers a combined service with both operating rooms and outpatient care. This provides excellent opportunities to follow the patient through the entire surgical journey. Our patients undergo surgery under local anesthesia, which allows for close patient contact. We work as a team consisting of operating room/eye nurses, assistant nurses, and doctors, rotating between different tasks.

About the Position

The role includes both operating room and outpatient duties. Outpatient consultations, telephone advice, and assisting at the doctor's clinic alternate with work in the operating room. We provide highly specialized care in day surgery with awake patients, ensuring good patient contact. There are good opportunities for professional development and ongoing training. We work daytime hours, Monday to Friday, with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are an eye nurse (operating room nurse) with experience in operating room settings.

You thrive in a smaller group setting. Good teamwork skills, responsibility, and flexibility are important qualities. We value that you are a positive person who contributes to a good work climate.

Conditions

40-hour work week, Monday to Friday.

The position is a permanent full-time employment. A six-month probation period may apply. Start date by agreement.
