Din Bil Equipment Center in Halmstad is now looking for a spare parts employee for a longer assignment starting in August. Are you a star who wants to combine both practical and administrative tasks and are interested in the automotive industry? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities

As a spare parts employee, you will become an important part of the daily operations on the department. You are responsible for supporting technicians by ensuring that the right parts are available. The role includes among other things:

• Receiving and registering incoming deliveries
• Ordering spare parts and following up on deliveries
• Handling returns and complaints
• Working with packing and issuing materials
• Performing administrative tasks related to inventory and orders
• Contributing to order and structure in the warehouse

You work closely with your colleagues in the team and report to the responsible spare parts manager.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education and have an interest in vehicles and technology. You have previous experience in customer service, warehouse work or spare parts work and feel comfortable using both the phone and computer in daily work. It is meritorious if you have previously worked in the automotive industry. You have good knowledge of the Office package and are accustomed to administrative tasks.

As a person, you are positive, careful, responsible, and have an easy time getting into new systems and work routines. You can understand and follow instructions in both Swedish and English. It is important that you enjoy working independently while appreciating teamwork.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and/or spare parts/warehouse work
• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Good phone and computer skills
• Category B driver's license
• Clean criminal record
• Forklift license A+B (meritorious)

About the Position

This position is a full-time temporary assignment until summer 2027, starting in August 2026, with a chance of extension. Working hours are scheduled for Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:30 and Fridays 07:00–14:00.
