About the Assignment
In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the organization's needs for goods and services through professional and business-oriented procurement work. The assignment covers both indirect procurement (e.g., office supplies, IT equipment, travel, maintenance, and spare parts) and direct procurement linked to production, manufacturing, or delivery of products and services.

You work through the entire procurement process – from sourcing and supplier selection to price and term negotiations, order management, and contract administration. The role also includes monitoring and developing supplier performance, with a certain focus on strategic procurement and improvement work.

As a senior specialist, you independently drive projects and processes, handle complex issues, and contribute analysis and recommendations to business-critical decisions. You will also support and coach more junior colleagues and serve as a knowledge resource within the procurement field.

We are looking for you who have strong analytical skills and a business-driven approach, with experience navigating complex organizations and processes. You are self-motivated, structured, and confident in taking responsibility and making decisions even in challenging situations.

You have good communication skills and easily build trusting relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. As a person, you are solution-oriented, quality-conscious, and thrive in a role where you can combine operational work with strategic thinking.

We would like you to have:

• Several years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
• Experience with the entire procurement process, including negotiations and contracts
• Ability to drive projects and work independently with complex tasks
• Experience in supplier management and monitoring
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
