About the Job

We are now looking for a motivated and service-oriented shop assistant with a strong work ethic who wants to spread positivity and energy in our store in Falun. The position is a summer temporary position for 3 hours/week and will run during the summer season of 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and customer service
• Stock replenishment
• Ensuring the store is clean and inviting
• Cashier duties and involvement in opening/closing procedures

About You

We are looking for an engaged and hardworking shop assistant who:

• Is service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Is a team player who sees opportunities rather than limitations
• Is willing to learn the Deichmann Shoes concept
• Is prepared for physically demanding work, as heavy lifting may occur

We see many paths into Deichmann; your attitude and commitment are the most important qualities. You may have previous experience in service roles, such as restaurants or retail, or worked in a similar industry where you are used to a fast pace. Alternatively, you might be looking for your first job where you want to learn, develop, and have the right mindset. If you are a person who enjoys interacting with people and wants to give that little extra to the customer, this job could be for you. As a person, you readily take responsibility and thrive on challenges. We also appreciate if you are open to working in nearby stores and have the possibility to work extra hours when needed. You must be at least 18 years old to work with us, and you must speak and write fluent Swedish.
