We are looking for a Sales Representative for HomeMaid in Falun

We are currently looking for a new colleague as a Sales Representative at our office in Falun.

As a sales representative with us, you have an independent role where you create and follow your own sales plan. You are driven and results-oriented; for you, it is a given that you meet set goals — at least!

You constantly find new leads and opportunities. New customer sales is an active sales operation, and you plan and conduct the physical and digital customer visits yourself. You are also a star at developing existing customer relationships through upselling. As you are proactive, you are happy to take initiative and have the ability to create strong, long-term relationships with our customers.

With us, you will also build and strengthen your professional network by participating in sales activities, networking meetings, and events. Thanks to your positive attitude, reliability, and ability to win people's trust, you will quickly become an appreciated and highly valued representative for all of HomeMaid.

You will work with:

• Building your sales pipeline by prospecting for leads
• Conducting physical and digital home visits
• Independent sales planning supported by a "game plan"
• Proactive upselling to existing customers

Your role also includes some administrative work, such as handling quotes, contract management, and market processing. Your curiosity is an asset as you actively look for new business opportunities for both your own and the company's development.

We are looking for someone who is

… an independent and engaged person with experience in active sales. You are good at communicating, adapt easily, and have a very strong drive to achieve your goals! Working in a structured and efficient manner is natural for you. This also allows you to work at a high pace without compromising on business acumen. Since you like people (and are easy to like yourself!), you are comfortable in customer dialogue and are happy to initiate conversations and meetings. Your curiosity helps you see new business opportunities and openings that benefit both your and the company's development.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Experience in active sales
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Good computer and system skills, preferably experience with LIME
• Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of spoken and written language
• Driver's license
• Ability to work flexible hours

About the position

Primarily, your working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday. Travel and overnight stays occur.

Location: Home office Falun, Lägervägen 9. Employment: 100%, 6-month probationary period. Start date: Immediate start or as agreed.
