Who are we?

JohSjö Industri is the "big little" company with around 20 employees. This means you become a key person with us, not just a name in the crowd. Decisions are made quickly and the atmosphere is familiar. In total, in the JohSjö group, we are about 80 colleagues who collaborate closely within both electrical and mechanical fields.

We are experts in stainless steel and have our own workshop directly adjacent to the office. What we design, we build! It can range from advanced piping systems for gas turbines to process tanks for the pharmaceutical industry.

Here is what your workday might look like:

With us, you avoid sitting isolated in a corner. You get to be part of the entire journey, from the first quote to final delivery.

Your primary tasks will be to:

• Design piping systems, welded structures, and pressure vessels.
• Draft in SolidWorks (3D modeling and drawings).
• Work on production preparation.
• Handle purchasing.
• Perform technical calculations.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with the team in the workshop and external inspectors (such as Dekra and Kiwa).

The best part? You can get up from your desk, walk out into the workshop, and see your own solutions being welded together for real.

Who are you?

We care more about who you are than you being able to check off every single box on a CV. Don't have all the tools in the box yet? No worries, we will help you grow into the role!

However, we believe that you:

• Have a good grasp of (or a strong interest in) design and materials.
• Enjoy talking to both customers and colleagues in both Swedish and English.
• Are a team player who takes initiative and likes to solve problems as they arise.

Gold star if you have knowledge of any of the following:

• Pressurized equipment or piping installations.
• Welded structures or calculations.
• Production preparation and planning.
