Norrgärdsskolan is a municipal school for grades F-6, spread across two buildings (formerly Grindsskolan and Parksskolan) located in the city of Norrtälje, featuring large, lovely grassy areas and small forested areas nearby. We have approximately 470 students, and despite Norrgärdsskolan being a large school, it maintains a sense of small-scale intimacy. We work in grade-level teams (school and leisure time) with shared responsibility for the students.

What you need to bring

• You are a teacher with certification for teaching at the lower secondary level, preferably with broad qualifications.
• You are well-versed in the school's governing documents and have good communication skills in both speech and writing.
• You are flexible and have strong collaboration skills.
• You easily establish good relationships and collaborate with students, guardians, colleagues, the school's student health team, and school management.
• You are a clear leader and have the ability to create security through clear structure and varied teaching.
• You have a professional and positive attitude and can see challenges as opportunities.
