Are you full of ideas, have strong planning skills, and are ready to take overall strategic responsibility for the editorial work at the Swedish National Agency for Education (Skolverket)? We are now looking for you who want to coordinate and develop content for the web, social media, and newsletters in an organization that makes a difference. Join us and contribute to the future of schools!
About the job
The school system is facing extensive reforms in the coming years. Skolverket.se is the agency's most important channel for reaching out with support, information, and guidance. The website is undergoing significant changes to make it easier for our target groups to find their way and use our content. As an Editorial Coordinator, you play a central role in this development work.
You coordinate and lead the work of planning, prioritizing, and following up on content for skolverket.se, social media, and newsletters, together with experienced web editors and a content producer.
The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with both communicators and experts within the agency's various areas of operation. The assignment includes, together with the product owner, driving the development of the website and ensuring that the content maintains high quality and meets users' needs. You work both strategically and operationally – from coordinating the editorial work and leading weekly planning meetings to writing, editing, and quality-assuring texts yourself.
You are also responsible for developing the web editorial team's working methods, routines, and manuals to create more uniform, clear, and user-friendly content on skolverket.se and in other digital channels.

About you
To do a good job and thrive with us, you need to align with and uphold the public sector's values and our core values for employment: role model, trust, responsibility, collaboration, and development. Read more at www.skolverket.se/jobb
