• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and management.
• Coordinate process mapping and needs analysis.
• Support teams in agile ways of working and working method changes.
• Contribute to effective requirements setting in a complex authority environment.

We are looking for someone who has

• Several years of experience in requirements management or leading roles within IT development.
• Extensive experience as a requirements analyst or requirements lead.
• Experience leading or supporting teams in agile ways of working.
• Familiarity with working in the public sector and regulations such as GDPR.
