We are looking for a Refunder for a part-time and fixed-term position to strengthen our Arlanda Airport Refund team from the start of June until the end of August 2026. The working hours in this role will be around 4 shifts per week, meaning about 80%. As a Refunder, you will support the team in providing the best possible customer experience while refunding VAT and controlling the export of goods from Sweden at Arlanda Airport.

What You’ll Do

A Refunder role is not just a typical customer service role – it offers you the possibility to work in an international and dynamic environment with multiple cultures and languages while focusing on creating a great customer experience. The position also provides great insight into the Tax Refund industry.

Our Refund offices at the airport operate from Monday to Sunday, from early morning to late evening. We are looking for someone who can work according to our opening hours during weekdays and weekends.

Main duties and responsibilities

As a Refunder, you will:

  • Review tax-free forms for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Apply good judgment and make on-the-spot decisions on tax refund eligibility
  • Control travelers’ export of goods
  • Process customer payment transactions for eligible customers
  • Follow Fraud Prevention and security policies
  • Deliver a professional customer experience with various travelers
  • Observe Global Blue policies, guidelines, and prepare reports and statistics
  • Support the Sales team in improving issuing quality by giving feedback on anomalies
  • Promote locally agreed Global Blue initiatives
  • Other office tasks

Preferable skills and competencies

  • Fluency in English and some knowledge of Swedish
  • Other languages are beneficial, e.g., Chinese, Japanese, or Korean
  • Dedication to customer service and providing the best possible customer experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude towards colleagues & good team player
  • Trustworthy to manage GDPR-related data and customer payment transactions
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office software
  • Clean criminal record as per Airport requirements

Experience

Preferably with 1-2 years of work experience in customer service roles.
