Do you have the desire to develop within the service industry? This autumn, a colleague will go on parental leave, and we are looking for you who want to combine customer interactions with administrative tasks at a family-oriented facility with experienced colleagues.

About You

• 🚘 You can maintain your composure during more intense moments.

As this is a temporary position, we see it as an advantage if you have some basic knowledge about cars to help you get up to speed. We also expect you to have worked in service and/or in a customer-facing role for a few years. Experience working administratively in various systems is a plus, as the service advisor role involves significant administrative work across multiple systems.

About the Job

As a Service Advisor, you are an incredibly important part of the customer's journey with us. With your engagement and professionalism, you create a secure and smooth experience for every customer. You will become part of our team in Vimmerby, where we work with the new car brands BMW, Ford, Hyundai, Nissan, and MG.

Responsibilities

• 🚘 Assist customers with bookings and inquiries.
• 🚘 Schedule vehicles for technicians in the workshop.
• 🚘 Proactively process potential customers.
• 🚘 Create and submit quotes.
• 🚘 Handle insurance matters and warranties.

When you start with us, we provide the training you need to settle into your new role. You will begin with an education to learn the basics of the job and get an introduction to working at Holmgrens Bil. You will then have the opportunity for further training in the role, for example in customer satisfaction and systems.

Period: Parental leave replacement for 1.5 years
Scope: Full-time
Working Hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday
Location: Vimmerby
Start Date: Immediately, according to agreement
