Join a high-performing Supply Chain team within MGT Service Operations, where reliability, flexibility, and speed are key to success. As the Manager of the Core & Development department within Material Control, you are responsible for ensuring global availability of critical spare parts and core engines for advanced Gas Turbines – both new and refurbished – through long-term planning and an agile working approach.

You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, leading efforts to optimize material availability for both planned and unplanned service globally. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues across various departments to combine operational efficiency with innovative Supply Chain strategies – thereby contributing to both customer value and business results.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Provide clear and present leadership while upholding our values and team culture, characterized by close collaboration, openness, and shared development.
• Drive Service Sales & Operations Planning for core engines and refurbished parts, including analysis, communication, control, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Be responsible for and develop strategies within core management, including the Emergency Lease Unit pool, Sales cores, and buyback processes.
• Closely collaborate with Service, Production, Procurement, and Regional functions to ensure efficiency and good material availability throughout the value chain.
• Develop and improve processes and tools to meet market changes and increasing demands.

• Strong business acumen and experience in strategic planning and business development.
• Ability to drive continuous improvements in processes and tools to ensure material availability and meet changing needs.
• Experience working in global and cross-functional contexts.
• A strong commitment to customer focus and an inclusive, people-oriented approach.

About the Team

You will lead a team of approximately 10 colleagues within OP MC Core & Development – part of the Supply Chain Management function with around 70 employees based in Finspång. OP MC comprises Parts & Inventory and Core & Development, totaling approximately 25 people.
