About the role

As a Passenger Car Salesperson with us, you will have the chance to work with Mercedes' wide range of vehicles. Your main task will be to guide customers through the entire sales process – from the first contact to handing over the keys to their new car. You will help customers find the right solutions by presenting our models, advising on accessories and financing options, and ensuring that every customer receives an experience that exceeds expectations. You will work closely with the sales team and report to the Sales Manager.

We believe you have a genuine interest in building long-term relationships, where you create trust with both customers and colleagues through your attentiveness and problem-solving skills. You are goal-oriented and enjoy taking responsibility. With your unpretentious attitude, you are driven to find new business opportunities and exceed customer expectations.

Furthermore, we look for someone who has:

• A few years of sales experience.
• The ability to independently structure your work in a dynamic work environment.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).

Previous experience in the automotive industry is a big plus.
