About the role
As an Accident Technician at Brandt, you will work with some of the automotive world's most well-known brands, such as Volvo, Ford, Polestar, MG, Renault, and Dacia. You are responsible for accident repairs where high precision, attention to detail, and technical skill are crucial to ensuring high quality in every job completed.

In close collaboration with our Accident Consultants, you plan your work, carry out repairs, and work according to our established processes.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who have strong technical competence and previous experience as an accident technician. You are meticulous and structured, with good planning skills and a clear focus on quality and results. As a person, you are responsible, responsive, and clear in your communication to understand and meet both the customer's and your colleagues' needs. You are flexible and can handle changes in planning when necessary, and you find it easy to collaborate with others to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, preferably with automotive technical education.
• Category B driver's license.
• Good digital competence, accustomed to working with computers and phones in daily work.
• Experience with sheet metal straightening, welding, and surface treatment.

Merits

• Experience working with structural damage.
• Experience with chassis and powertrain repairs.
• Experience with CABAS and CAB-Plan.

Conditions
The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probation period. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline. We welcome both female and male applicants.
