Espresso House is looking for a Shift Leader who wants to deliver the world's best coffee experience to the world's best guests!

As a Shift Leader at Espresso House, you perform all the tasks that a Barista does, but the role also entails responsibility for and planning of daily operations together with the Coffee Shop Manager.

Your working hours are based in the coffee shop, where you work directly in contact with our guests, together with the team of Baristas who are your colleagues. In addition to operating the coffee machine and grinder, the work consists of cash register duties, preparing sandwiches and salads, dishwashing, and other common café tasks. Being barista-trained is a merit but not a requirement, as we train all our employees in-house.

Your goal as a Shift Leader should be to develop and grow within Espresso House. Therefore, it is advantageous if you have worked in a café/restaurant or have equivalent experience from before, have good knowledge of the industry, and are accustomed to working irregular hours.
