As a Process Operator with QC Responsibility, you will play a key role in our client's production, responsible for the operation, monitoring, and quality assurance of their processes and products.

About the Role

In the role of Process Operator with QC Responsibility, you will work both operationally in production and with quality assurance. You ensure that manufacturing takes place efficiently, safely, and according to high standards of quality and food safety. The role also includes sampling, documentation, and monitoring of quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Operation and monitoring of process and packaging equipment
• Ensure production follows the production plan and specifications
• Perform quality controls and document results
• Register production data, temperatures, and batch information
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety according to HACCP and GMP
• Inspect products and equipment to ensure quality and operational reliability
• Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment according to CIP/COP procedures
• Identify and report mechanical issues or production deviations
• Report deviations, risks, and observations that may affect product safety, quality, working environment, environment, or legal requirements
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams for troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Follow company instructions, routines, and safety regulations
• Perform other relevant tasks within the department and company

QC Responsibilities

You will continuously handle sampling and quality controls, as well as documentation and follow-up of results. The role also includes deviation management, control of hygiene and cleaning routines, and ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and internal quality requirements.

We are looking for someone with

• Upper secondary education or equivalent
• Experience from food production or process industry is an advantage
• Basic technical and mechanical understanding of production equipment
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety routines
• Basic computer skills in Office suite and preferably ERP systems/Microsoft
• Experience with SharePoint is an advantage

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The work takes place in a temperature-controlled production environment and involves standing for extended periods. Shift work may occur, including evenings and weekends, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The role also involves lifting up to 20–25 kg, working at heights, as well as standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
