RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Cleaner at Stenungsundshem, you will perform cleaning duties in the stairwells of our residential properties.

You will work as part of a team, collaborating with our building attendants and environmental attendants.

You are responsible for maintaining and developing good customer relations, as well as ensuring that the properties you are responsible for are clean and tidy. Your direct supervisor is the Property Manager, who is responsible for both interior and exterior maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, you should have relevant education or experience within the cleaning industry.

We prefer that you have worked or are currently working as a cleaner.

As a person, you are service-oriented, have an easy time building and maintaining relationships.

You work well with others by being attentive and flexible, and you can adapt to different situations and people. You are secure and stable. You are accustomed to taking responsibility for your tasks and working in a structured manner.

For this role, you must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and hold a valid Class B driver's license. To process your application, a cover letter and CV must be attached.
