About the role

As Customer Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that operational delivery meets agreed service levels and customer expectations. You act as the link between the customer and the delivery organization, driving improvement work and proactively handling escalations.

Responsibilities

You have overall responsibility for daily operational activities and ensure that delivery is carried out in accordance with contracts and quality requirements through close collaboration with both the customer and the technical teams.

  • Act as the primary contact point for operational questions and escalations
  • Follow up and ensure that agreed service levels (SLAs) are met
  • Establish and lead recurring operational collaboration forums with the customer
  • Drive continuous improvement work to increase delivery quality
  • Act as a requirements setter towards internal delivery organizations and external suppliers
  • Manage and coordinate risks and changes in daily delivery
  • Ensure that processes within the contract area are followed and updated

We are looking for someone who

  • Has basic knowledge of Service Management and IT delivery
  • Has good experience in customer relationship management and operational customer work
  • Has the ability to work systematically with SLA and contract requirement follow-up
  • Has experience with Windows infrastructure, for example from a support role
  • Has a background in the IT industry, for example from a Service Desk or as a developer

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience working with the public sector
  • Knowledge of structured improvement work
