We are now looking for responsible assistant nurses with a kind and respectful approach for our night patrol in home care.

HERE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the home care night patrol, you create security and provide good care to users in their own homes during the night hours. The work includes both planned interventions based on care decisions and emergency responses to security alarms, as well as delegated health and medical care tasks.

The work is carried out mainly independently, but interventions together with colleagues occur as needed. You encounter varying home environments and different life situations, always with respect for the user's privacy. The position involves night work of approximately 10 hours per shift according to the schedule, with 2 nights one week and 5 nights the other. Meal breaks are applied instead of rest breaks during shifts.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

• A professional certificate as an assistant nurse.
• A valid B driving license.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and experience with digital documentation.

WE VALUE THE FOLLOWING HIGHLY:

• Experience working with security alarms in ordinary housing.
• Experience handling digital locking systems.
• Previous experience specifically from night work in home care.
