We are now looking for a Day Shift Mechanic for Central Maintenance MEK, part of our Maintenance Department. Here we offer a varied and developmental role. You will work closely with colleagues within maintenance, and together you will ensure high availability and operational reliability in our production. The role includes, for example:

• Performing renovations of pumps, gearboxes, and other mechanical equipment
• Machining of components
• Assembly of bearings and seals
• The work takes place primarily in our own workshop, but work in the plant also occurs

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of Mechanic, we believe you have

• A genuine interest in technology with a willingness to develop and learn new things
• Upper secondary education in industry, workshop, automotive mechanics, or similar
• Practical experience in mechanical repair and maintenance work from previous jobs or internships.
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

It is advantageous, but not a requirement, if you

• Have experience working in the process industry and have worked in maintenance systems such as IFS or similar
• Experience with turning and milling on manual machines
• Experience working with bearing assembly
• Hold licenses for overhead cranes and forklifts
• Are trained in hot work, mobile elevated work platforms, and fall protection
