The Child and Education Administration works on behalf of the Preschool Committee and the Primary and Secondary School Committee. The administration is responsible for preschool activities, school-age care, primary school, and adapted primary school. Our most important task is to give all children and students in Huddinge the opportunity to develop to their full potential in a safe educational environment. Annerstaskolan is a grades F-9 school located in Flemingsberg, with approximately 300 students. About the job

We want all our students to feel safe, comfortable, and involved so they can develop and learn based on their own prerequisites. As a special needs teacher with us, you have an important and central role in the school's work with support measures and creating accessible learning environments where every student is given the opportunity to succeed.

You work closely with class teachers, student health services, and school leadership to identify students' needs early and plan appropriate support measures. The work includes both direct teaching of students in need of special support and mentoring of teachers.

As a special needs teacher, you contribute with your competence to the student health team's and workgroup's work and development, where promoting and preventive work, as well as the development of teaching with a focus on NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders), is prioritized. Your assignment also includes mentoring educators and being a qualified conversation partner and advisor in pedagogical matters. You support students in the classroom, individually, or in smaller groups. You plan, conduct, and analyze screenings and mappings, and document the action process. You participate in various student health meetings.

About you

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with a special needs teacher degree. Furthermore, you have documented experience working with students in need of special support in mathematics as well as reading and writing development.

We are looking for a flexible person with good collaboration skills, who has a strong commitment to ensuring all students feel safe and have the opportunity to succeed in school.
