The Care Administration, with approximately 1,200 employees, covers elderly homes, dementia care, short-term housing, home care services, night patrols, meeting points, LSS housing, group and service residences, personal assistance, social psychiatry, and safety patrols.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of Deputy Planning Coordinator, you primarily work as a nursing assistant for your entire employment degree during periods when you do not need to replace the regular Planning Coordinator. The role involves part-time work as a Planning Coordinator, which may vary in different periods. In summary, this is a combined position involving care work in home care services.
Responsibilities included in the role of Deputy Planning Coordinator:
- Plan and optimize work schedules for home care staff based on the needs of care recipients and staff availability.
- Handle urgent changes in planning and staffing during absences.
- Communicate and collaborate with colleagues, care recipients, relatives, and unit managers.
- Follow up and document work to ensure quality and efficiency.
As Deputy Planning Coordinator, you replace the regular Planning Coordinator when they are absent. You are then responsible for planning and coordinating the daily work within home care services. You maintain contact with care recipients, relatives, assistance handlers, and licensed staff. The Planning Coordinator has a support role in the operations to increase the quality of care work with the aim of ensuring that guidelines and routines are followed in the operations.
When acting as the Planning Coordinator, you are a culture bearer where good quality, good treatment, and efficiency are central parts of the work. The Planning Coordinator should, in close collaboration with the unit manager, analyze and potentially redistribute resources and have an economic mindset for the most optimal planning.
In the part of the role as a nursing assistant within home care services, you provide care and social support based on the care recipient's individual needs, in their own home. You help the care recipient in everyday life in the desired way. You contribute to the experience of security through a responsive, smooth, and professional approach. Your work includes creating individual implementation plans, social documentation, and help with daily rehabilitation. At the workplace, we work day, evening, weekend, and night (night work is performed by a separate group, and this position does not belong to that group).
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have an employment in the Care Administration in Sandviken Municipality and are a nursing assistant, as well as having a B-driver's license. You have good computer skills and are good at documentation.
As a person, you are positive, engaged, and enjoy working independently. You are secure and have the ability to make quick decisions when needed and have an easy time adapting to changes. You see possibilities for improvement and are happy to take initiative for new solutions.

In the role of Deputy Planning Coordinator, your qualifications are:
- Experience of planning work in home care services.
- Good IT skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work structured and solution-oriented.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing.

For the role of planner within home care services, personal suitability is a decisive factor. We are looking for you who have a natural aptitude for structure, carefulness, and problem-solving. You have the ability to keep a cool head and act flexibly even under time pressure or when conditions change rapidly.
Furthermore, you are responsive and have good communication skills, which enables you to create good relationships with colleagues, care recipients, and relatives. As a person, you are responsible and engaged in contributing to an operation that promotes both quality and care.
Finally, you appreciate collaboration, but also have the ability to work independently and take own initiatives to improve planning and solve emerging challenges in an efficient way.
