About the Role

As a nursing assistant with us, you work under the delegation of a registered nurse. Your tasks may include, among other things:

• Medication administration

• Insulin

• Tube care

• Stoma care

• Inhalation care

• Minor wound care

Documentation is done in the medical record system TakeCare and shifts are planned in Epsilon. You always have support from an administrative team that helps structure and plan the work, creating good conditions for both quality and working environment.

About the Company

Within Basal Home Care, we usually work on behalf of healthcare centers or general practitioner clinics when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams operate from five geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basal Home Care is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care wards, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. You have experience with delegated tasks, good computer skills, and fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written). A Category B driver's license is required (Innerstaden is the only unit that can accept applicants without a license).

Previous experience in home care and working with TakeCare and Epsilon is meritorious. As a person, you are independent, structured, and confident in handling changing situations, even at a high pace. You always keep the patient in focus and contribute to good teamwork.
