Aleris Basal Home Care welcomes applications from nursing assistants who want to work with us in the areas of Northeast, Northwest, West Stockholm, South Stockholm, and the City Centre (Innerstaden).

Within Basal Home Care, we typically work on behalf of health centers or general practitioner clinics when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams operate from five geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basal Home Care is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care wards, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.

As a nursing assistant with us, you work under the delegation of a registered nurse. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Medication administration

• Insulin administration

• Tube care

• Stoma care

• Inhalation care

• Light wound care

Documentation is done in the medical record system TakeCare and shifts are planned in Epsilon. You always have support from an administrative team that helps structure and plan the work, creating good conditions for both quality and the work environment.

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. You have experience with delegated tasks, good computer skills, and are proficient in Swedish both orally and in writing. A Category B driver's license is required (the City Centre unit is the only one that can accept applicants without a driver's license).

Previous experience in home care and working with TakeCare and Epsilon is meritorious. As a person, you are independent, structured, and confident in handling changing situations, even at a high pace. You always keep the patient in focus and contribute to good teamwork.
