Experienced Baker/Pastry Chef Wanted. Do you want to work in a fast-paced environment where quality, craftsmanship, and service are in focus, while also working to develop yourself? We are now looking for an experienced and driven employee for our store bakery. Here, you will become an important part of the team and work with both bakery and pastry in daily production. We are looking for you who are self-motivated, meticulous, and have a genuine interest in the profession.

Responsibilities

• Production of bread and coffee bread
• Work with doughs, fermentation, and baking
• Production within pastry and dessert
• Orders and preparations for the store's daily sales
• Ensuring order, quality, and hygiene in production

We are looking for you who

• Have education and experience from bakery and/or pastry
• Are confident in working with doughs and baking processes
• Have experience in pastry work and decoration
• Can work independently but also function well in a team
• Are responsible, flexible, and service-oriented

Employment

• Permanent position
• Working hours vary between early mornings, days, and weekends
• Immediate start

The Position is a part-time employment of 30 hours/week with start date by agreement. Working hours vary and are scheduled during day and evening times as well as weekends. We apply a probation period of 6 months. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the last application date.

Requirements

• Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
• 18 years of age as you need to be able to work independently at the checkout
• Bakery competence/education

Merits:

• Experience and competence from retail and/or other service professions are meritorious
• High school education
• Multilingualism
• Basic knowledge of store economics or food handling
• Bakery experience
• Punctuality
