Do you want to lead Hallonbergen Health Centre forward? We are looking for a Medical Leader (MLA) GP.

We are looking for you who want to combine clinical work with a meaningful medical leadership role. At Hallonbergen Health Centre, you will work in an engaged team where we value collaboration, care, and development.

Your responsibilities:

You work broadly within general medicine and meet patients of all ages and life situations. The role is varied and developmental, and you get the opportunity to contribute to high medical quality and continuity. You also supervise students as well as AT and ST doctors and are a support for colleagues in medical assessments. As MLA, you become a key person in our work with quality, patient safety, and medical development. You work closely with the operations manager and have significant influence over how we together shape the primary care of the future.

Qualifications:

  • Specialist doctor in general medicine with permission to work within Swedish healthcare

  • Experience from Swedish primary care is an advantage

  • Experience with the medical record system TakeCare is an advantage

You provide a professional approach, have a positive and solution-oriented attitude, and enjoy working both independently and in teams. Employment type:

Permanent employment, probationary employment may apply. Full time, 100%. Start date by agreement.

The position will be filled provided it does not need to be taken for internal relocation, according to current regulations.

In patient-related work within Stockholm County Council:

- register control is applied before decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register control at employment.

- employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment examination, according to current directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.

- requires, in addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The same requirement is guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
