Tyresö Gymnasium is a school that places knowledge, safety, and hope for the future at its core. Our vision is to provide every student with the tools they need to reach their full potential, regardless of their starting point. As a school, we are in an exciting period of change and development. In autumn 2025, the social science and economics programs were relaunched with strong application numbers. Additionally, the school offers vocational programs, introduction programs, special educational needs support, and an adapted upper secondary school. The breadth of programs creates a wonderful and dynamic atmosphere! Tyresö Gymnasium has many dedicated teachers and is perceived as calm and safe by both staff and students.

About the position

The position involves teaching Spanish on the theoretical programs. As a teacher with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating your teaching. You create an inspiring learning environment that sparks curiosity and challenges students to develop.

This is a permanent position at 40% with a desired start date of August 10, 2026. The position is a holiday cover position.

The position is subject to the condition that it does not need to be taken for internal reassignments.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a certified upper secondary school teacher in Spanish and who are passionate about working with young people and your subject area. Experience from teaching at the upper secondary level is an advantage. As a person, you are used to working independently but also have good collaboration skills. You are good at meeting students' different needs and have the ability to build good relationships, both with students and colleagues. In the classroom, you have good leadership skills and structured teaching methods. You use modern pedagogical tools as a natural part of your work.
